Not fully satisfied? You can return your items within 30 days to the warehouse for a refund. We only accept undamaged, unused, unworn products (you can of course try the product on). Please note that all labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be returned in its original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?
- Custom items
- Items that were bought on sale
- Items that are worn or damaged due to normal wear and tear
We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit or damaged when received.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless you choose to exchange for a voucher, the items were received damaged or we made a mistake.
If you decide to return all items from your order, a small fee will be charged to cover the shipping costs for sending the items over to you. The amount of the fee, is the shipping cost that is listed for your country. This fee will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.
If you decide to keep one or more items, no fee will be charged when returning an item.
