REFUND POLICY

We will offer a full refund within 30 days to most of our products from the moment the items are shipped.

What items can I return?

  • Items I did not like
  • Items that did not fit
  • Items that are defective or damaged during transit
  • Items that were received incorrectly

What items are non-refundable?

  • Custom items
  • Items that were bought on sale
  • Items that are worn or damaged due to normal wear and tear

How can I return/change my items?

  • Please add the invoice with your name + invoice number in the package.
  • Make sure items are packed properly. 
  • We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit or damaged when received.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless you choose to exchange for a voucher, the items were received damaged or we made a mistake.
