We ship world wide.
Most orders placed before 11:00 (CEST) will ship on the same business day. Although most orders will ship within one business day, it may take longer during the Holidays and Sales.
City of Gold ships Monday through Friday except major Dutch holidays. We do not ship on weekends and will not be able to provide tracking numbers on these days. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next open business day.
When we have an order shipped, we will send an email with tracking to the email address used when placing the order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.
Tracking updates at times don’t reflect the exact location of your parcel . Please allow ample time for tracking to update as this may occur when the parcel reaches the delivery postal depot.
At times delays can occur which are outside City of Gold's control, and which we are not responsible for. If you have a delayed parcel please reach out to the shipping carrier initially with your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. Following this the customer care team can assist with any unanswered questions.

You have 30 days right of withdrawal. Refunds will be payable with the same payment method you chose during purchase. You will receive your refund within 14 days of the return being received in our warehouse.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the items were received damaged or we made a mistake.
